I am compiling the typical deliverable specifications for a client to issue to their O&G surveying/mapping contractors. What are the categories, and then the requirements within those categories?

To begin with I wish to establish the meaningful categories. Here is the preliminary list with which I am currently working.

1) As-Built
2) Construction
3) Maps
4) Right-of-Way
5) Topography
6) Well Location
7) Well Pad Boundary
8) Well Pad Design

First, I would like to request the memberships help in establishing a final settled list of categories. Second, I would like to request the members to share with me a clear concise list of the deliverables they expect within each category so I can work out typical templates from the industry.
